Increased comfort and less hand fatigue thanks to the new Zonz™ Knit Technology

Ansell Healthcare (www.ansell.eu), a global leader in providing superior hand protection for the industry, introduces a new and enhanced version of its popular HyFlex® 11-800 multi-purpose protection glove. The new HyFlex® 11-800 is the first glove incorporating Ansell’s patented Zonz™ Knit Technology reducing hand fatigue by providing stress release in the knuckle areas. The glove offers an improved ergonomic fit for increased comfort, encouraging worker acceptance and compliance.
Ansell’s best-selling industrial multi-purpose glove
The new HyFlex® 11-800 glove with Ansell's patentedZonz™ Knit Technology is an upgraded version of the company’s best-selling multi-purpose nitrile foam glove. Unanimously recognized for its excellent fit, feel, grip and durability, the glove was redesigned to increase comfort and reduce hand fatigue setting new standards in the market.
HyFlex® 11-800 general purpose knitted and dipped gloves offer a balance of grip, comfort, protection and general handling performance for varied applications that demand increased versatility. They are particularly well-suited to light assembly applications in industries such as automotive, plastics and finished goods, as well as to the needs of logistics and warehousing. Workers using the glove for dry or slightly oily applications that require light mechanical protection and high levels of handling finesse will benefit from an improved comfort. Performance levels of the glove remain the same (EN 388:3131).
The upgraded HyFlex® 11-800 gloves were presented and well accepted by many industry leaders putting a priority on safety. Zonz™ Knit Technology
The reinvented HyFlex® 11-800 gloves feature the Zonz™ Knit Technology to reduce hand fatigue by providing stress release in the knuckle area. This innovative technology uses a patented knitting process with varying stitch designs that enhances glove stretch for maximum flexibility and dexterity.
The increased comfort of the HyFlex® 11-800 is also guaranteed by a special knitting process that drops down the little finger.With the upper palm portion below the middle-three fingers knitted separately from the rest of the palm and the pinky joint mounted lower than the rest, independent movements are enhanced resulting in a more comfortable and better-fitted glove.
Improved visual look
The combination of the grey coating on a white liner and the improved stamp and overedging also provides a distinctive modern look for quick and easy identification. The enhanced and higher quality visual appearance results in a higher worker acceptance and user compliance.
