AnsellCares®: promoting education and greater awareness
In line with Ansell Healthcare's commitment to foster education and further awareness on the value of proper barrier protection, the company has created the AnsellCares® programme. Through offline and online resources, AnsellCares® supports tightly-focused research into infection control, hand hygiene, skin care and and the prevention and treatment of latex allergies. The free-of-charge AnsellCares® self-study courses were the first to be accepted by EORNA’s Accreditation Council for Education (ACE). AnsellCares®‘s charter is to create education and awareness campaigns among healthcare professionals in the identification and prevention of occupational diseases and infection transmission in order to provide a safer environment for the healthcare professional and the patient alike.
With its presence at 127th Kongresses der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Chirurgie, Ansell Healthcare supports the German Surgeons Associations and the German Nurses Association in their aim to provide professional trainings to surgeons and nurses.
